We want you to love your new jewellery, but if you change your mind we gladly accept returns on any item subject to the following conditions:

• Jewellery must be returned with 30 days of purchase
• Jewellery must be in original condition (unworn, unused and unwashed in original packaging)
• Earrings are exempt from being returned for hygiene reasons
• All sale items and giftcards are final and are exempt from being returned.

Metal info

14k Gold Fill
Durable, hypoallergenic, and non-tarnish. Ideal for sensitive skin and safe to wear in the shower.

Sterling Silver
.925 silver with .075 copper. Hypoallergenic, may oxidise in water but easily cleaned with a polishing cloth.

14k Rose Gold Fill
Durable, tarnish-resistant, with a bonded layer of gold with a hint of copper. May oxidise in water but can be cleaned with a polishing cloth.

Stainless Steel
Most durable, maintenance-free, hypoallergenic, and non-tarnish. Perfect for humid climates and continuous wear, including in the shower.

Packaging

Your jewellery is individually presented in a white branded gift box along with a fact card about the crystal. To protect your jewellery, we seal the jewellery box in a biodegradable bag and send it in a discreet, non-branded padded envelope.

If you require gift wrap, please ensure you have ticked yes under the "Gift wrap" option for it to be included in your purchase.

Can I get these earrings wet?

Yes it can get wet and it will still look the same if you order it in 14k gold fill or stainless steel.

If you select these earrings in sterling silver keep in mind all silver jewellery oxidises when exposed to water but it is easily removed with a polishing cloth.

Is there a warranty?

Your jewellery is handmade with care to ensure it lasts as long as possible. We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival, but as all jewellery is delicate we're unable to cover accidental loss, damages or changes in appearance due to normal wear or rough handling.

Should it unexpectedly break we offer free repairs up to 1 year from purchase and a small fee on repairs required beyond that.

How are these earrings made?

Your jewellery is made to order especially for you from our studio. We use eco-friendly traditional wire-wrapping methods to securely attach our crystals to the metal. Your jewellery is made with longevity in mind so you can enjoy your jewels for years to come.
