Returns & exchanges

I want you to love your new jewellery, but if you change your mind I gladly except returns on any item subject to the following conditions:
  • Jewellery must be returned with 30 days of purchase
  • Jewellery must be in original condition (unworn, unused and unwashed in original packaging)
  • Earrings are exempt from being returned for hygiene reasons
  • All sale items and giftcards are finial and are exempt from being returned

Faulty items

Every care is given to ensure your jewellery arrives just as pictured but if anything is wrong for any reason please email me details along with a photo of your faulty item to sarah@luna-tide.com. 

How to return your jewellery:

If you would like to return your jewellery please provide your invoice and send it back in the condition you received it in via a trackable form of delivery to the address provided on your invoice. Please make sure to send it in protective packaging and via the post office as it will need to be weighted for the correct postage to be paid, otherwise it will not reach me. I will let you know when it has returned and when I have processed your refund to your original method of payment. Please be aware postage and packaging is non returnable and it's your responsiblity to cover.

Exchanges (if applicable)

I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at sarah@luna-tide.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, I will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Sarah at Luna Tide, Printwerks, 1 St James's Street Mews, Brighton BN2 1RT United Kingdom

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please return your item using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise I can’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
