Returns & exchanges

I want you to love your new jewellery, but if you change your mind I gladly except returns on any item subject to the following conditions:
  • Jewellery must be returned with 30 days of purchase
  • Jewellery must be in original condition (unworn, unused and unwashed in original packaging)
  • Earrings are exempt from being returned for hygiene reasons
  • All sale items and giftcards are finial and are exempt from being returned

Faulty items

Every care is given to ensure your jewellery arrives just as pictured but if anything is wrong you can return it for a replacement. You can get it replaced by clicking the link in your order confirmation email and choosing "make a return" in the top right page. Then make sure you choose "A replacement" under "I'd prefer". It will then give you a returns slip and a returns address label to send it back. As soon as it is received and processed you'll receive an email that your new item is on its way.

How to return your jewellery:

If you'd like to make a return please send an email to sarah@luna-tide.com as soon as possible to get the return address.

Please make sure to send it in protective packaging and via the post office as it will need to be weighted for the correct postage to be paid, otherwise it will not reach me. I will let you know when it has returned and when I have processed your refund to your original method of payment. Please be aware postage and packaging is non returnable and it's your responsibility to cover.

Exchanges (if applicable)

I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at sarah@luna-tide.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, I will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you.

Please return your item using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise I can’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
