Please let me know if you require your sale items to be packaged separately by letting me know in the "optional note" section of the cart. Returns

All sale items are final and cannot be returned unless faulty. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us as soon as it arrives so we can resolve the issue for you.

• Jewellery must be returned within 30 days of purchase
• Jewellery must be in original condition (unworn, unused and unwashed in original packaging)
• Earrings are exempt from being returned for hygiene reasons
• Giftcards are final and are exempt from being returned.
